At GRPHX, every piece is thoughtfully produced in limited quantities with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship. To maintain our standards and ensure fairness to all customers, we follow a strict exchange-only policy.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges exclusively for sizing concerns.If your selected size isn’t the right fit, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The item must pass our quality inspection upon receipt.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Please note that reverse shipping charges may apply.
Returns
We do not offer returns for reasons related to fit, preference, or change of mind.Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
In such cases:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear images and an unboxing video may be required for verification.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.
Additional Information
Minor variations in color due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered defects.Any item sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
